The motorbike

Preliminary remark:

  • 1)  A driving licence  B delivered before the 01.01.89 authorized you to drive whatever bike you want
  • 2) A driving licence B delivered for 2 years authorized you to drive a motorbike with 125cc maximum and power 11kilowatt max.

From the 01.10.98 there are 2 driving licence for motorbikes

  • ·A limited : motorbike max 25 kilowatt (+/- 35cv)
  • ·A no limited : motorbike with more power

Candidates  who have not  reached  21 -year-old must go to the exam with a motorbike limited at 25 kw. After 2 years of driving they can get the A no limited licence without going to the exam again.
